Terms and Conditions for Pony Parties

• Booking and Payment Policy: A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill. Full payment for the party must be made by the morning of the event.

• Travel and Timings: We strive to arrive ahead of schedule for all pony parties. However, traffic conditions are outside our control. We will keep you updated regarding our arrival time.

• Weather Policy: If a weather warning is issued that compromises safety, we will inform you prior to the event. In such cases, we may need to reschedule, as our insurance does not cover unsafe travel conditions.

• Vehicle and Parking Requirements:

• Please be aware that the pony trailer and accompanying vehicle are long, with the extra height of an articulated truck being approximately [insert height here] feet.

• If there are any obstacles on your premises that may affect parking (such as low-hanging branches, narrow pathways, or parking restrictions), these must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Any damage to our property resulting from undisclosed issues will be charged to the event organizer.

• Safety and Conduct:

• A nominated adult must be present to take responsibility for the children during the party and ensure adherence to our safety rules.

• We reserve the right to leave the party if safety rules are not being followed or if the environment is deemed unsafe.

• Health and Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any health issues or medical conditions that may affect participants during the party. This information will help us ensure a safe environment.

• Photography and Media Consent: We may take photographs or videos during the party for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please inform us at the time of booking.

• Liability Waiver: By booking a pony party, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to release the pony party organizers from any liability related to your participation.

Terms and Conditions for the Horse Riding School

• Licensing and Insurance: We are licensed by Winchester Council and insured through Brown and Brown. Documentation is available upon request.

• Rider Responsibility: All riders participate at their own risk. Safety hats must be worn at all times during lessons.

• Recommended Attire: Riders are advised to wear long trousers and shoes with a heel, preferably riding boots. Trainers are acceptable for beginners.

• Payment Policy: Full payment for all lessons is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. If you become ill, you may be offered the option to reschedule your lesson.

• Cancellation and Weather Policy:

• We will only cancel lessons in the event of a weather warning that compromises safety. In such cases, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

• For all other cancellations, our standard policy applies, and lessons must be paid for in full, as outlined above.

• Safety and Conduct: Riders are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and to conduct themselves in a safe manner during lessons. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the lesson without refund.

• Health and Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any health issues or medical conditions that may affect your ability to ride. This information will help us ensure your safety during lessons.

• Age Restrictions: Riders must be a minimum age of two years upwards to participate in lessons. Parental consent is required for riders under 18 years of age.
