Our ponies are suitable for children aged 2+ years old. However, children younger than 2 can ride our ponies with parental supervision. we do have a maximum of 7 1/2 stone weight limit for Princess.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes for pony rides. It is also important to dress appropriately for the weather.

We understand that weather conditions can sometimes be unpredictable, but rest assured that we are committed to making your party a success. In the event of light rain or showers, we will still attend the party as scheduled, ensuring that the magical experience continues. However, if there is a yellow weather warning or any other safety concerns that prevent us from traveling to the party location, we will prioritize the safety of our team and guests. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative options and offer a rescheduling opportunity. Your satisfaction and safety are of utmost importance to us, and we will maintain open communication with you leading up to your party, keeping you informed about any relevant weather warnings or updates.

We understand that children's health can be unpredictable, and we prioritize the well-being of your little ones. In the unfortunate event that your child falls ill, we are more than happy to accommodate a rescheduling request for your convenience. While we do not offer refunds in such circumstances, we believe that rescheduling allows us to maintain our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience. We recognize that children can become unwell suddenly, and our primary focus is ensuring that you and your family have a memorable and enjoyable time with us. Please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss rescheduling options in the event of illness.

In order to prioritize the safety of all parties involved, including the Princess, our staff, and the attendees, we have implemented specific safety measures outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Upon arrival, our team will thoroughly assess and designate a clear space for the pony rides, ensuring it is free from any debris or potential hazards. While our Princess is highly trained and accustomed to various environments such as bouncy castles, music, and balloons, it is important to remember that she is still an animal. To maintain a safe environment, we kindly request that loose balloons or balls not be directed towards Princess, and that children refrain from running around or approaching from behind her. While our team will ensure Princess's safety and the safety of the children, we do rely on a designated parent or guardian to take responsibility for supervising the children throughout the duration of the party. Additionally, we provide regularly checked and disinfected safety helmets for each child, maintaining a log of their usage. As a fully insured and licensed riding school, we are qualified to conduct parties safely. However, in the event that the party attendees fail to respect or follow our safety instructions, jeopardizing the well-being of all involved, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately while still requiring full payment.

In order to secure your booking and cover the high running costs associated with our services, we kindly request a nonrefundable deposit of £50 for all parties. As a small business, this deposit is essential for us to continue providing our service. In the event that you need to cancel, we offer the option to reschedule for a more convenient time or transfer your booking fee to someone else who would like to use it. However, proof of this arrangement must be provided at the time of booking. All party fees must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Payment for riding lessons and riding experiences is due at the point of booking. However, this can be discussed during the booking process. For attending flights, fares, and other similar services, we charge per ride and provide a percentage of our earnings back to the organizers. A minimum fee will be required at the point of booking to cover our travel costs. Any funds collected beyond this amount will be allocated according to the organizers' preferences.

We are also happy to come to your home or a location of your choice, whether that be a park, beach, or suburban home. For larger parties, we request that the venue has a safely fenced outside area to keep the children safe. For our own peace of mind, we also hold a riding school license with full insurance, including public liability insurance, which we are happy to provide to any venue that may require it.

We understand that some older children may not believe that Princess is real, and we kindly request that parents or guardians have a conversation with them beforehand to explain the concept of imagination and make-believe. This will ensure that the magic and surprise of Princess's arrival are preserved for the other partygoers. We strive to create a memorable and enchanting experience for all children attending the party.

When it comes to questions about unicorns and toileting, we assure you that unicorns do indeed go to the toilet. However, their waste is not rainbow-colored as often depicted in stories. Rest assured, our team is well-prepared to discreetly clean up any mess that Princess may make during the party. We have a proper procedure in place to dispose of it back at the stables. Our main goal is to ensure that the only thing left behind at the party is the joy, smiles, and sense of wonder on the faces of the partygoers.

We are based in Hampshire, specifically in the PO7 area. For locations within a 15-mile radius from our base, we offer free travel. However, for distances beyond that, we do have to charge a travel fee of £2 per mile. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with fuel and vehicle maintenance. We are more than happy to provide you with a free quote for the travel fee.

We are able to travel to neighboring counties such as Dorset, Bournemouth, West Sussex, Brighton, and London. Please keep in mind that if there are any tolls, admission fees, or congestion charges along the way, these will need to be added to the final balance.

When we travel, we use a car and a horse trailer. Therefore, it is important for us to have parking available upon our arrival at your chosen destination. If the location is on a normal street, please be assured that our team is experienced and capable of parallel parking or reversing with the trailer if necessary.

We will discuss all these details at the time of booking to ensure that we are fully aware of the logistics and expectations for the day of your party.

As the advocate for Princess's happiness, well-being, and safety, we take our responsibilities very seriously. As a licensed riding school, we are obligated to answer any questions from animal welfare organizations and our local council licensing team.

To ensure Princess's well-being and safety, we keep a detailed log of when and where she has been taken out, how many children have ridden her, and the measures we have taken to prioritize her well-being. This includes providing her with rest time away from people.

Princess has a professional team dedicated to ensuring her top fitness. This team includes a vet, a chiropractor, a dentist, a nutritionist, and a farrier. We maintain a log of their services, and this information is available for public viewing. We welcome any questions or concerns and appreciate input and thoughts about Princess.

When we travel, we limit Princess's travel time and the number of bookings she undertakes in a day. She travels in a modern trailer equipped with open windows and a sunroof for optimal ventilation. Inside the trailer, she has access to a high net filled with her favorite food and water for hydration. We also carry a first aid kit for both Princess and humans, as well as an accident logbook. Additionally, we have the contact information for an emergency on-call vet.
